Our Aesthetic Applications

Our face has many gestures and expressions, which gives us the opportunity to express ourselves in communication and positively affect the perception of the person in front of us.  In addition to these gestures and expressions, the harmonization of the structures on our face such as nose, lips and eyes is of great importance. Of course, all of them have a different beauty, and generally evaluating the face as a whole would be the best approach. However, nose has a special importance in these structures. It provides visual aesthetic importance thanks to the fact that the face is perhaps the foremost organ and the meaning it adds to the facial features. In many of the patients with whom we do nose aesthetics, seeing how a positive change in facial expression and natural beauty appeared is a proof of this.

Rhinoplasty

Nasal aesthetics, also called nasoplasty and rhinoplasty, is one of the most frequently applied in aesthetic operations. It is performed for the purpose of eliminating deformities that are congenital in the nose, which occur later or arise due to traumas. While deformity is corrected in some cases due to only visual discomfort; it should also be corrected because it causes problems such as breathing disorder in most people.

Revision Rhinoplasty

Nose aesthetic surgery is one of the most demanded aesthetic operations by people. However, in 10 percent of rhinoplasty surgeries, the need for a second operation arises for correction.

There are many reasons that direct patients to revision nasal aesthetics.

Septoplasty

Septum is the anatomical structure in the inner part of the nose that divides the nose into two parts in the middle line. Septum is partially bone, but if it has a larger proportion, it is cartilage. Under normal conditions, it is necessary to divide the nose into two equal compartments so that it can breathe equally through both nostrils.

Otoplasty

Otoplasty is the name given to the surgery to correct the appearance of the auricle. With otoplasty surgery, an extremely prominent-looking auricle, also known as a prominent ear, can be corrected, and the auricle and earlobe that are either congenital or have not developed due to trauma or distorted appearance can be reshaped.

Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS) is an operation performed using small and sensitive surgical instruments by monitoring the images obtained with endoscopic systems, without direct vision in an anatomical region with critical adjacents.

Tipplasty

Nose aesthetic surgery; It is the correction process only to the cartilage at the tip of the nose without touching the middle cartilage structure that divides the nose into two, the bone structure that forms the nose back and sides. In this way, thick, saggy, long, high, narrow or wide nose tips can be reshaped. Nose wings can be narrowed. It is a procedure that can be performed under local anesthesia.

Piezo Rhinoplasty

Piezo Nasal Aesthetics is an application performed with sound waves without breaking the nasal bone and damaging the vessels and nerves in the nose. It is the latest technological point in nose aesthetics that brings us closer to the expected aesthetic result in nose aesthetics. In fact, a technology that has been used in medicine for about 20 years has started to be used safely in nose aesthetics in recent years.

Deviation Surgery

Deviation means the curvature of the cartilage-bone wall in the middle to the right or left. The most important complaint caused by deviation is nasal congestion. In such a situation, the patient may feel that he is not able to breathe enough from his nose in case of effort, and when he gets up in the morning, his mouth is dry and rusty. Deviation can contribute to snoring, cause constant mouth breathing, lead to pharyngitis, and can prepare the ground for sinusitis and nosebleeds.

Concha Hypertrophy

The structures called concha are organs that take an active role in the regulation of respiratory function by providing the air we breathe from the nose to be heated and moistened. Concha, namely nasal meat, is mistakenly mixed with adenoid or nasal septum (middle bone), and adenoid diseases are frequently seen in childhood, while the nasal meat is mostly seen in childhood.
